Our Learning Spaces
Set on impressive, expansive grounds overlooking the Tamaki Estuary in Pakuranga, our extensive facilities encourage focus and engagement. Filled with natural light and air, our classrooms are places to study, to explore new concepts and to learn. We work hard to create a positive, welcoming environment that is mature, where technology and safe connectivity is a given and where young people can socialise with friends at break times.
Specialist Spaces
Labs, art rooms, libraries, performing art spaces and a striking administration building are all part of the College experience.
Our dance studio is a hub of creativity and movement. With the capacity to host performances, it can also be divided into two acoustically separate teaching spaces using an electrically operated, soundproof dividing wall that retracts into the ceiling.
The downstairs multi-purpose dance/activity room also features a cushioned floor to practise more complex movements in safety.
Sports
The Sports Centre accommodates two indoor court spaces designed to cater to various sports. The courts are versatile spaces used for volleyball, basketball, netball, and badminton. An innovative electric curtain can be drawn to transform our two courts into one expansive 1,800m² area.
The Sports Centre includes five dedicated PE and Health teaching rooms, spacious changing rooms and office spaces for teaching and coaching staff. All our functional spaces are designed fit for purpose and express our dedication to providing the best sports, health, and PE education to our students.
A comprehensive fitness centre for strength and conditioning training, a physiotherapy room, and a presentation room for video analysis complement this facility and enhance the overall training experience.
Beyond our Sports Centre building, our campus boasts groomed, green fields, a versatile artificial turf playing surface, tennis courts (including one under cover), an indoor cricket facility, and a competitive-length swimming pool. Our privileged location on the banks of the Tamaki Estuary also allows us to offer an extensive rowing programme right on our doorstep.
